Q: Alcohol consumption during early pregnancy

i have confirmed my pregnancy using the home test.. last date of menses was 29th jan,2006...... have consumed alcohol quite a bit would that affect my baby?? no symptoms till now of nausea or vomiting.... please tell me if i can check my baby's condition as soon as possible

It seems likely that alcohol consumption during early pregnancy can damage the fetus! You can go to your gynecologist's office to request an ultrasound scan and to get more information about risk factors in early pregnancy.
