But I just can't help it! When you were still in the first trimester (i am almos 7 weeks) did you have days where your symptoms would not be there? Where you didn't feel pregnant at all? I had them yesterday but not today. My breasts were sore very early this morning but not the rest of the day. No spotting or bad cramps or anything though. I get so paranoid because I have m/c before. I just want this baby so bad! My dr appt is tuesday, but that feels like forever away.
Any advice or experience??

I think your feelings are completely normal, especially since you have had a miscarriage before. You are likely to be hypervigilent with any lack of symptoms. With my first, I don't remember a loss of symptoms very much but I wasn't overanalyzing either. I am having pregnancy problems right now and overanaylze each second...Currently I am not having a lot of breast pain so I am concerned that means something. I have a doctors appt tomorrow and will probably find everything is alright.

If we didn't have our situations (your background and my current pregancy issue), I don't think we would be as worried.

I will pray for you. I am sure everything is fine. There are a number of people on here who have gone through a miscarriage and can probably completely relate to your analyzing and fears.

Everyone is worried about pregnancy - but think of it this way, pregnancy has been happening since the begining of time and women are delivering babies (lots of them!) every single day!

Your symptoms (or lack of them) are very common. So is your worry. Try not to worry too much, you still have 33 weeks of pregnancy left and that baby's entire lifetime!

Thanks. They are still gone today. I am going to try and get into the dr today, I can't wait another day. I don't know if they will let me though. They might since I have had a loss already but since I haven't had any bleeding they probably won't. I am just so worried about going into work and having something happen and having to stay there because there is nobody else to close. I am so nervous. I really feel like there is something wrong. My dh keeps telling me there isn't and I know he is trying to be positive but it is driving me crazy! I just think 7 weeks is too early to lose symptoms.
