On the weekend, while downhill skiing, I
crashed. I landed on my front taking most
of the impact on my helmet and chest.
The fall took my breath away and I was
light headed for the next hour. I am only
10 days pregnant and I am concern about
the effects on my pregnancy. I have not
had any bleeding or spotting. Should I be
concern?

It's not possible that you are 10 days
pregnant. If you are pregnant, given the
date of your last period on January 5th,
you would be 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant
on the date of your question, February
5th. The age of a pregnancy is always
counted from the first day of the last
menstruation.
Lack of vaginal bleeding and lower
abdominal cramps indicate that your
pregnancy is going well for now.
