I've noticed that nyc has banned trans
fats, thank god for that! I found out
they were not good for me and was relieved
when I found out I don't have to avoid
eating out when I visit the big apple!
Oh, i'm also using palm oil to cook, it's
unsaturated, trans fat free and heart
healthy. And I get my vitamin e, coq10
and beta carotene. Haha, no need
expensive supplements! Why didn't I come
across this sooner?
