Could someone tell me what is wrong with
me coz I get thoughts into my head and
can’t budge them they can stay in there
for ages, this effects my concentration
really made.
One of the thoughts I had was that my body
wouldn’t heal and I actually started to
believe it like all the thoughts I get I
start to believe them and act on them its
really scary. I also get paranoid thoughts
like people are going to do things to my
drink or when people walk passed me I
think about what they could do like stab
me.
I use to do drugs a lot and I don’t know
if its because of them. But I just don’t
feel normal anymore I hate life
