Okay, the day the period was due as in the
first day of the placebo pills, or the
actual first day you know your preriod
appears while on placebo pills? My
period doesn't start until day 3 or 4 of
the pills! You may have tested too soon,
and you may not have missed your period at
all yet! You can and should keep testing
if you are unsure of the results. How
long is it since the sex that you think
may have caused you to possibly be
pregnant?
How long have you been on the pills? Is
this your first month?

so you skipped the last 5 horomone pills,
and then had the week of placebos? That's
12 days without pills, and your body would
have started it's natural cycle after a
few days off the horomones. Start your
new pills up when you should, just in
case. Normally, bcp's do not adversly
affect a pregnancy, if you are pregnant.
With the spotting, you may by, or that may
just be how your body reacted ot the lack
of horomones.
I would wait a week or so more, and test
again. If it is still negative, then you
can probably relax
