Bleeding During/after Intercourse
Posted: 02-07-07 13:21pm

Can someone help me out i'm scared.

I continue to bleed during and after intercourse for just a few minutes. At first I thought it was my partner since I haven't been sexual active in years. Has this happened to anyone? If so, can you give me some insight. I'm trying to get into my ob/gyn but I can't get in until 2/14/07.

Help!!!!!

Are you pregnant?

It's possible you might be tearing slightly if you haven't had sex in years. Or maybe there's a bit of friction from having sex and your vaginal walls are irritated.

Unless you're bleeding heavily you should be just fine. But keep your appointment with your gyn and let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Was this the first time in a while? Or are you preggers?

If youre pregnant its nothing to worry about...Your cervix is sensitive and you should stop having sex for at least the 1st tri and consult your Dr. If your not pregnant ask your dr as well cause there could be millions of reasons.

No, i'm not pregnant. At least I don't think so. But I only bleeding during and right after intercourse. It goes away almost immediately!!! I'm really scared and am tripping really hard.

No. I've been with my partner for 6 months. However, it had been a long while before we started seeing one another. I also don't think i'm pregnant either.

I wished I was pregnant. But i'm really scared. But I can't get seen until next week. I'm very picky when it comes to doctors and that part of my body.

I'm sure you're okay, hon. But let us know what your doctor says, okay? And if you're really worried, you might want to abstain from sex until you're seen. Good luck!
