this section is not important, feel free to skip.

Ferst I would like to apolagize for afue things, the spelling being one of them. I know there is a spell check option but as long as I get my msg across I don't care enuff to use it. The second thing I would like to apolagize for is that there may bad 2 topics like this. The ferst one I made today befor going to school and submitted it when I got home, but by then I had ben logged off and it asked me to log on again. I didn't see the new topic rate away so I dicided to post a new one just to be safe.

i am 18 years old and have never in my life had a girl friend. On top of that I have clinical depression and schizophrenia which reilly do not help.
Over the years I have managed to isolate myself from all of my closest friends because of these problems and at the moment I don't even hang out with any girls.

I can't amagin why anyone would want to be in a relationship with a depressing person like myself, and anyone else that has >clinical< depression and or schizophrenia can tell you that its not something you can just turn off.

I reilly don't expect to be able to find anyone but odds are there are alot of people on this site in the same situation as myself and I would aprishiate there input, even if its negitiv, hearing it from some one else would be nice so I can just put the idea out of my head.

Whats up donnie. I'm 24 and have been in relationships my whole life...A total of 4. My frist one was when I was 16.

Let me tell you for someone with bipolar 2, major depression and an extremely hyper personality relationships are the worst thing that could happen to me.

I am now single live by myself and enjoy ever second of it. Givin that I have these so called "mental, mood disorders" relatinships tear me down...They are my weak point and I hate it.

I realize that I need to get ahold of myself, my life and where im going before entering a relationship....

Dont stress out 2 much becuase the odds are that you will find someone...Not that you wont.

I have a 22 year old daughter that has some of the same problems that you have. She has been hospitlized for her depression several times, and there is nothing more she would like to have but a boyfriend. But it is hard to find someone who understands when she has a down period. But I am sure there is someone out there for the both of you, I will tell you the samething I tell her "just don't give up hope!"

Howdy there, partner Smile

Well.. I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was about 19-20. People envolve in their own ways.. there is never a strict guideline to that Smile I've pretty much been a late bloomer.. and besides- sometimes I learn from others that don't think before jumping into something..so I'm glad I take my time!

Ahh.. I have done something similar- except it was with men Smile Being a nerd- in the early stages of life- and an ugly betty- the bullies were usually guys. So I put up a wall- and blocked them out. Yeah... here and there I talked to a few- heck, skated with a male partner for years.. yet.. never had a guy friend- i could call and be like- lets go to a movie- or lets go surfing! So I can relate in that sense Smile

I'll be your female friend if you will be my male friend! I have health problems too.. allergies..and yes.. the lovely "h-bomb". I never judge people. I know there are (_)_)-holes out there that do.. only because they are misinformed..and uneducated to take the time to understand things. However, there are people like me- that understand this, and value people for who they are. Everyone has at least one problem- regardless of whoever it is.
