Ok my cycle is usually pretty regular. I
was 12 days late took 5 HPT all came back
negative. DH and I had sexual intercourse
on Feb. 3rd and I started bleeding the
4th. Could I really be pregnant or Should
I consider this AF? I have heard that some
woman are pregnant but have there regular
cycles and test dont show positive till
3-4 months. Please help me out.. Thank You

Lack of menstruation is the first, albeit,
insecure sign of pregnancy. Other
conditions that can also cause lack of
menstruation (a functional ovarian cyst,
hypogonadism, PCOS etc.). A negative
pregnancy test is a fairly secure sign
that you are not pregnant. You may
consider the bleeding you experienced on
the 4th of February to be a mesntrual
period.
Those stories, you’ve heard, about
“pregnant women with regular periods and
negative pregnancy tests” are complete
nonsense.
