Well, i'm not sure if this is the best
place to ask this, but I would really love
some advice.
Earlier today a glass fell off my counter
and shattered on my concrete floor. I
swept up the mess twice, and intended to
vacuum but then got really busy.
After getting home for lunch, I was
puttering around in the kitchen and making
myself a sandwich. One of my potato chips
fell on the floor, I picked up and set it
on the side of my plate. Later I was
eating and I realized that I had eaten the
chip that had fallen on the ground, the
floor where the glass broke. I quickly
spit out the food in my mouth and noticed
a tiny bit of blood. I rinsed my mouth
and only noticed a little bit of blood
twice more. After a few minutes I wasn't
able to detect anymore blood. I never
felt anything hurt me, or going down. If
I did ingest glass it must have been a
tiny shard, because I had swept, and it
would have needed to stick to the potato
chip I ate.
I don't have insurance, so I don't want to
rush to the hospital unless I know I need
to be concerned. Please, does anyone have
any suggestions?
