My Girlfriend Wanted to Have Babies Posted: 02-09-07 17:12pm
Me and my girlfriend are both 18, soon
we're getting engaged.
She really wanted to have babies and I
showed her a bunch of stuff.. Including
from this forum, stuff young moms said..
Told her we're not ready yet bla bla....
She understands now.
But she's feeling really bad now about how
"irresponsible and stupid" she was being,
and also I think that deep down she still
kinda wants to have babies, but knows it's
impossible.
I can't seem to make her feel better.. I
just don't know what to do.
I want to have kids with her someday,
already told her that, but that doesn't
make her feel better. She keeps saying
she's sorry for being so selfish and crazy
and feeling really down... What should I
do?
I know this isn't exactly the place to be
asking this, I just want to make her feel
better..

Tell her that when the time is right for
both of you that you will have children
together. Your still young and have a lot
of time do have children but for now you
both should work on what you want in your
lives.. Talk to eachother about future
expectations and when and where children
work into it. But make sure you tell her
that she doesnt have to blame her self for
wanting children now. But that when the
time is right the 2 of you will

i actually already said those things to
her and she feels better now
