I always liked the fruity baby foods too...I was so good with my first..I made all his baby foods from regular fresh vegetables/fruits...Even his teething biscuits...A little overboard, I guess..Haha..With my second, I at least made an effort...By the third...It was store bought all the way....Good stuff..

I'm making his veggies and fruits from fresh. I just freeze them in ice cube trays and pop them out each day. I'm really enjoying it.

It's a tv show, called "gay, straight, or taken?" and there is 3 guys, 1 has a gf, 1 has a bf, and the other is straight/single and the girl has to figure out who is who (from what I can gather so far)

I think she wins a trip, but if she chooses one of the taken guys....Then he and his partner get to go on the trip.

And about the different baby foods, I found this...

Totally off topic:

is the "shake your booty" song about sex? Or dancing? Because .I'm singing it to .Alyvia and twisting her back and forth and she's giggling, but it suddenly occured to me that it might be a dirty song. I don't want to make her dance to a dirty song. Sad

the one that goes:

shake shake shake
shake shake shake
shake your booty!
Shake your booty!

I agree with the dancing. I sing it to my kids too.

To go back to baby food I saw an aschooler ( some one fresh from boot camp going into school, I live in navy housing) buying babyfood cuz she said it was an easy snack. I was like ew gross they make single serving adult snacks!

Hmm, now .I'm wondering how .Kaylee would do with a sippy cup! Haha I think tomorrow I just might try it with her :d

.Do you guys think it would be too soon to try step 1 baby foods if she's only been on rice cereal for 2 weeks? I

'm really anxious to try different foods with her, I just don't want to rush her..

As long as she's on cereal I don't see why you couldn't start her on some veggies/fruits.

Mmm, .Kaylee's gonna be one happy baby tomorrow! They say to start veggies first, so they don't get the sweet taste of the fruit since veggies are sort of bitter. But I got that part backwards, and started my daughter on fruits first. She likes her veggies just fine tho (as long as it's table food, and not baby food Confused )
