I only went 2 days over with my son but they woulda waited until 42 weeks before inducing they were gonna do weekly ultrasounds to check fluid levels and stuff but as long as everything was good they would have let me go, I think I would have been nervous if I had to be induced though. My sister voluntarily got induced with her son though. I guess it depends on what your dr wants as well

he said if I did not go in labor by the 19th he would induce me. Yeah she is just fine now cant even tell she had it unless you really stare at her lip. She still has to have one more surgery to have a nose job.

I was sent to the hospital straight from my appointment when I was 2 days overdue (his heartbeat went way down into the 60s), they induced me the next day. It failed and I ended up with a c-section.

I didn't get a chance to go that far. I went for a doc appointment when I was 38 weeks & .Kaylee's heartbeat would drop way down in the 50's then go clear back up to the 170's so they sent me right over to labor & delivery, hooked me up to monitors for about 3 hours to keep an eye on .Kaylee then ended up putting me in for an emergency c-section...

I hope you don't go too overdue tho:)

.Michelle

He was born 9 days late. I was scheduled to be induced on the 10th day but started labor on my own on the 9th day.
