i had spotting when i was pregnant too, i went to my doctor and checked to see if everything was ok, and it turned out everything was fine. but i wanted to double check, so it would be a good idea to go to your doctor to see if things are going ok.

some women get spotting when the embryo is implanting itself to the uterus wall and have spotting when its the beginning of the pregnancy.
see your doctor and i hope all is well.

uhoh2009, if you had unprotected sex, there is always a chance of pregnancy. if your a day late for your period you can take a test but follow instructions on the box-use it in the morning before your first morning pee, and if its negative and you still have no period you should see your doctor and possibly ask for a blood test.
good luck.
