calcium plays in the body. It's the easy

Well with good healthy diet the body
receives plenty (over recommended intake)
of calcium to enable proper development,
therefore such supplements are not
required.

Calcium Is a Crutial Element Posted: 02-12-07 07:36am
Calcium is a crucial element for our body.
Some think that they get it enough
from food. But the level of its
assimilation varies from person to person.
It depends from the general condition
of our body and a lot of other outside
factors. For example people living on
polluted areas have to take additional
supplements of various life-needed
elements, including calcium as well.

Well in fact, at least in the well
developed countries, the only mineral or
vitamin that is not rare in defeiciency is
iron!
