Help Leaving Miguel
Posted: 02-12-07 08:23am

I need help leaving miguel. Any ideas how I can store up some money out of my quickly redistributed income or any known work at home opportunities so that I can save up enough money toleave him within a six month timeframe? I have to get my bank account healthy again so that I can get out of here. He's not a husband, he's a second child and I don't think that is ever going to change because he's already 32 years old and still shows no signs of ever thinking about anyone besides himself. I can do badly by myself. I don't need someone that only thinks about his own wants and needs when he has a wife and child. For that kind of life he should have stayed single and kept his wee-wee in his pants.

I wish I knew how to help you but if you lived closer after u left him I would watch your son for free so you would not have to worry about childcare.

Kay, your a very strong woman, and I think that if you set your mind to it you will be able to crack down and make this work if you think it's best for you and .Chu. Leaving someone isn't easy and haveing every dollor alloted for doesn't make it much easier. Start off my making small changes in your spending habits. I think that is the easiest way to start off.

Wow kay, well I don't know what to tell you. When are you going to tell him? Can't you get a seperate account under only your name and put money in it little by little?Do you have any credit cards to pay off? If you don't want him knowing yet that your saving money then tell him your paying off the credit card(s),or here and there you "bought some things for .Chu" or yourself. You could look online in jobs, like monster.Com or something, there is something to do with stuffing envelopes and they send you the materials at home and it pays ok.

I'm not telling him until i'm ready to go. I think it's far better to present him with it fait accompli. That way he doesn't have a chance to screw me over first.

We do sound like we are going through some similar things. I am so sorry everything is happening to you.

I have heard about stuffing envelopes but someone told me you have to pay some money out of your pocket. I don't know if any of that is true. I would be interested in something like that right now as well.

Is this why you were asking about places to live before?

I'm soooo not slick if everyone picked up on it! Lol! Yeah, we're all going to go on vacay to pr as planned and when i'm down there I want to look at houses. I want to find one and move with chu down there. I looked on monster for a job, but now i'm going to look for something work from home and i'll probably check craigslist.Com too.
