For the past 3 months I have had excrutiating pain and pressure in my lower back and rectal area. I have had a colonoscopy, 2 mri's, a bone scan, and x-rays. In 2 days I will have a ultrasound to check on an ovarian cyst which showed on the second mri but could not be felt when examined. So far the only explanation for the pressure and pain is nerve damage in the lower back/rectal area possibly from a fissure that may have healed itself. Could all of this pressure and pain be really from nerve damage?
