Hi can anyone tell me what vitamins are best taken to help
nerve damage in the face.
I had some surgary to my neck and it has caused paralisis to part of
my face.
I thought there might be a vitamin that is good for the nerves.

I doubt vitamins would help at all unfortunately, any surgery ecspecially near the face is at risk at damaging the nerve i.E balls palsy may be a result. Sometimes it may get better, sometimes it wont, but have a go at vitamin b.

I would try magnesium....it promotes muscle and nerve function. Hope that helped. I would also highly suggest ones that are capsules because the hard formed tablets don't fully dissolve in your stomach and basically go to waste. Or buy the tables that say that are quickly absorbed.
