It's hot down here. The rain is gonna
tear us a new one! Lol
down here in .New .Orleans, we're alread
naturally saturated. We can't afford an
inch in an hour, let alone an inch per
hour!!
I hope we don't lose electricity. Since
.Katrina, if the wind blows hard, the
lights go out.
It sucks!!

When I was in .Mississippi over the summer
doing .Katrina relief work, we stayed in
.Picayune, .M.S, and there was a
.M.A.S.S.I.V.E storm the second day we
were there. .Picayune is 45 minutes away
from the coast, but we still lost power.
It scared me $hitless...I feel for you,

Lmao, that'd be nice to visit but
I like my warmness!!
But in the summer, i'd die to
have a northern summer. They're a hell of
a lot better because the air doesn't sit
on you!! It's soooo effin humid/muggy
down here. The mosquitos literally are
the size of large flies. And crevices you
never knew you had sweat profusely(sp?)!!

her but the wind gets so bad here and I
blows my car ike paper. Hopfully it wont
get too bad before I make it home.

We're supposed to get up to 8 inches of
snow tonight. I'm so sick of winter,
seriously. I just want it to be spring.
& I hate the thought of there being
soo much snow & ice on the roads &
me going into labor & it being super
dangerous to get the hospital!

when I lived in fla my car did that I have
a little chevy aveo and I had to drive to
macdill a 45 min drive during a tropical
storm over the causeway, I thought my car
was gonna blow into the ocean and the
streets where half flooded so ihad to
drive like in the middle of the road
becuase my puny car wouldnt be able to
move out the puddles lol.
Be careful , very careful. Id leave extra
early so you have plenty of time to get
there.

Yeah,i was watching the news at 6
thismorning and its a comin'! I love the
rain! Except for when I have to run out

New york gets that lake effect snow. It
sucks bad. Where I live in maine, we are
said to get 12-15 inches of snow. I'm
pretty sick of winter already. It hasn't
been above 15 degrees in weeks.

Where I live in pa we get lake effect snow
too. Lovely! I woke up this morning
and they had cancelled all schools. We
got hit badly a few years back and i'm
thinking if they're cancelling already
we're probably going to get hit badly
again. They're calling for 9 inches by
the time I get off work at 4pm.
*shudders* I soooo don't want to go home
in that...
