Please Help Me! Im Just a Teen!
Posted: 08-26-03 01:40am

I was recently sitting down with a few friends of mine discussing something that has been on my mind for awhile now. My best friend and I had unprotected sex and he pulled out both times when he was about to "come". Both times he didnt fully make it out so some got into my body. Two days later I got my period. Now my friend said that there is still a chance that I can be pregnant. Is this true? My period is now over and ever since she had said that I am a bit nervous. So my question is: can I still be pregnant even though I recieved my period 2 days later? Please answer because right now I have nowhere to turn to. Thank you all very much.

First of all pulling out is not a method of birth control so please please you the bcp or condoms next time Smile anyway, yes it is possible but consider a few things. Was your period lighter than usual? Did it only last a few days? You can get your period for up to 6 months while being pregnant. To be on the safe side take a pregnancy test and see how it goes. Best of luck.

Take a Few Tests
Posted: 08-31-03 09:57am

It never hurts to take a few pg tests every few days for a couple of weeks just to be sure... That is, if you are really concerned and would like to know if you really could be pg. Some women don't have enough of the hormone "hcg" in their body for a few weeks to show up on the home tests, so taking one every few days or so shouldn't hurt ..
Whatever you do, doctors call the people who use the "pull out method" ... Mom and dad..
Be more carefull from now on since you are still a teen
