I'm awake earlier than I usually am, and I
don't like it. I'm doing it tired.
Alyvia has a doctor's appointment at 10:30
and I can't wait! I want to know how much
she weighs! When we started feeding her
solids her weight went from little to
! You can't really
see it, but you feel it when you're holding
her. She has to be at least 15 pounds.
I hate shots, though. I hate them more
than she does. I hate hearing her panicky
cries - it's like she's scared, hurting,
and sad all in one. It breaks my heart.
I cried last time we went. I think I
might cry this time too.
If she's feeling okay after the shots,
we're stopping at the store to pick up
some ingredients. I want to bake some
cookies! I was thumbing through a
cookbook last night and felt ambitious.

and lastly: .Aaron got on his dumb game
last night after dinner and stuck me with
the baby, as usual. I told him I wanted
to get the dishes clean before we went to
bed because I can't stand leaving dirty
dishes overnight - the kitchen smells like
death the next day. But when did he offer
to take her? 10 pm! what! I didn't come
to bed until 10:30 because I was doing the
doing it dishes. Like I want to do the
dishes at 10 pm! oh, and
then he wonders why I came to bed pissed.
he's not getting any damn cookies today.

You know what I would have said? "shut
the game off and wash the dishes" damn,if my hubby
ever does that,i swear i'll kill him!

I would give him a choice. Which are you
going to do, keep the baby or do the
dishes, or would you like me to choose
which you do?
I wouldn't give him any cookies either, or
anything else sweet for that matter.

I have to say, that my husband has been
incredible since we found out that I was
preggo. In my times of horrendous
morning sickness, he's kept the house up
pretty well. Of course, i'm only 13
weeks along so we'll see how he is once
the baby is actually here.
