Ok I have been on birth control for like a
year and half now, and I was on orthro
trycyclen lo, recently my doctor changed
me over to microgestin because I would get
my period and then not get it and then get
breakthrough bleeding and then have my
period like off and on for like 6 months.
Im on my third pack of microgestin and I
got my period the first time on time with
the new pack. The second time I got my
period 2 weeks early and then didnt get it
the time I was supposed to. I just
started my third pack a little while ago
so its not time to get my period yet. Ive
talked to my friends and they have told me
to switch birth controls. But im not sure
on which one to go on. Ive heard yaz is
really good but then again I want to get
my period every month if that sounds
weird. Does anyone have any suggestions
on whats going on or what I should switch
to?

Bc pills are trial and error, you have to
find the best one that fits your body.
I would suggest talking with your doctor
about your concerns =)
nuva ring is known to cause fewer problems
with breakthrough bleeding and side
effects in general.
