Prolouge:
i mean what i'm I supposed to be doing
with life? People say to enjoy it, well I
do do that but not enough, I feel scared
of doing that I guess shy, or too lazy.
Lack of motivation, I feel alone in this
conquest of life. And since I feel alone
I don't feel the need to do certian
things.
I see right now, a lonely future, to keep
my threads consistant in how i've been
feeling right now.
Question 1:
i'm also kinda astranged by the choice of
college to go to, I havn't made up my
mind of what I want to do or where I want
to go, i'm a junior in highschool btw.
Question 2:
i've also noticed it's hard for me to read
a book, play guitar, play with electronics
kit, mecco set. It always ends up with me
playing witht he computer instead. I
don't worry about working out though I
force myself too, because I understand
what i'm doing might change things little
bit for me.
Question 3:
why do I feel this feeling of being a less
equal around people like with some people
I feel being looked down at, because lack
of gf, lack of sports, lack of social
life. I hate that feeling.
Question 4:
i've got a deadly lack of desire. And
strong apeasement, meaning i'm someitmes
defeated before I start.
I only hope that your answers don't help
me but for the many that google for the
same answers..

Hi. Welcome here.
You're not the only one feeling, like
that, so i'm sure you'll find some
solutions.
you said you're supposed to go to college,
but you still don't know what you want
study, right?
You can start thinking the other way
around: make a list of what you do not
want to do or study. and also of places
where you don't want to study.
That will narrow all the chances you have
and you'll end up with a list that you can
narrow even more and thinks about more
easily.
will you try this? It's a first step.

Whats up zadnerist. I know its hard
right now in just life in genral. You
are at a critical stage in your life and
your bodys gona be doing this 2 you.
Its extemely natural to feel like this,
lifes hard growing up period. Everyone
has it different...Some people lash and
rebel...Others keep quite and find that
little depressed spot in their brain.
Its really how you handle it right
now....How you look at things right now
and sometimes you need someone to put them
into perspective.
So far your ahead of the game, your only a
sophmore and already thinking about
college! This is a big responsiblity for
everyone who goes though it, so take it
easy and explore different facest of
college...Where you might want to go just
for the hell of it.
As for being on the computer all the
time...Alot of people do that now days
lol. For me i'm on the computer about 9
hours a day for work....Thats 9 hours
straight. Then I usualy go home and sit
on the computer. I do go running and
work out daily and keep an active social
life with my friends and family but I
still get down from being on the computer
all the time.
One thing I find extremely usefull is be
active. Just start doing some random
stuff...Go bowling, golfing or whatever.
Even if this is something you might say
"stupid" I promise it will help your head.
Just getting out and looking at people,
getting out and doing something active
will help draw the attention away from the
"slumps".
Keep up and alwasy feel free to
post...There are a ton of great people
here. ^_^

yeha, it's normal.. When I was only a
month and a half from having to choose the
college and the course I was going to
pursue studying, I didn't know what to do.
I was studying social sciences and I
wanted graphic design; a completely
different area.
Then, I had problems with some fellow
students and no boyfriend. Started
dieting, then problems at home at the same
time...
