i normally take it just after dinner but i
had it just before my dinner yesterday.
will taking it with food make it any less
effective?

Taking birth control pill with food
won’t make the pill less effective. You
may take birth control pills either before
or after eating. It is most important to
take the pills EVERY DAY!
