As a type o, I understand that i'm primarily supposed to eat meat and stay away from dairy. This makes sense. But sometimes when I eat meat, the taste of the meat puts me off...Almost as if it's flesh.

Do you think that the diet works?

FYI Meat is flesh! Wink Smile

I've tried this diet a few years back. The diet did help me loose some weight,
about 40-50lbs. I cut back on the suggested items along with eliminating all the junk foods. After a week or so I started to see some results.

This diet is ok to try, but always get your DR's ok first.

The blood type diet is very much lacking in scientific evidence. You should not stay away from dairy IMO. The best choice is a balanced diet that is not high on sugar and fat. Everyone can use it, the blood type is not important.
