It doesn’t seem likely that frequent
masturbation can cause erectile
dysfunction or a decrease in the size of
your penis. Frequent masturbation can
cause increased secretion by the urethral
glands and urethral discharge, but that
discharge is not a sperm.
An enlarged testicular vein (varicocella)
can’t cause a smaller penis or erectile
dysfunction, either, but can cause
decreased sperm count. You may seek a
second opinion from another urologist and
even get an appointment with an
endocrinologist for your genital problems.
“Sunken eyes” is also hard to
understand without a physical examination,
so you might want to visit an
ophthalmologist, too.
