i just had a question that I was wondering
if anyone could help me with. I lift
every other day to give my muscles time to
rest in between. And I recently just
started using creatine. I was reading
up on how to take it, and the loading
phase says take around 20g total during
the day. And what I was wondering is
even if i'm not lifting that day, should I
still take my 20g per day, or will it be a
waste?
If anyone could help me I would appreciate
it, thanks!

Im interested into why you started to use
creatine. The body already creates
sufficient amouts for normal activities so
I wouldnt recommend taking any on the off
days. Creatines if I can recall
correctly, is only beneficial for quick
explosive movements such suckers etc.

During the loading phase you shoudl do it
for a week. After that limit it to 3 grams
a day, from what I read recommended once
the loading phase is done is 3gms a day
with one day off from creatine, ie mon-sat
take it sun dont take it and cycle it
every 3 months on 1 month off. Correct the
body does produce it but most people dont
produce the needed amount due to improper
diet.

yeah but would you rather have to eat a
ton of steaks or drink down some creatine?
That is the reason why people take
creatine, it's more EFFECTIVE.
