Help Please, I'm Kinda Scared Posted: 02-15-07 15:09pm
My body is freezing, my feet especially, I
am dry all over, and I drink at least 1
gallon of water a day. Any explanation?
I have more information that I want to
give after I get some replys. Poor blood
circulation maybe? What causes that?

You drink a gallon a day! How much do
you pee? Whats your diet like?
What exercise do you get?

Don't think your eating enough. Check out
diabetes symptoms if thats o.K try rutin
tabs from your health food store, or
gingko, both good for peripheral
circulation unless your on anticoagulants.
Oh and make sure your grots aren't to
tight. Hope you feel better soon.

Go get blood work done. Maybe you have a
vitamin deficiency? Go get blood work.
