Why wouldnt you be allowed to eat scrambled eggs or eggs in general? Eggs are a great sorce of protien! Keep eating eggs!

The only thing you shouldnt eat is fish with high mercury level and sushi and certain fresh cheeses....Everything else is more than ok!

Eggs are good to eat, because they have omegas in them. Go onto any pregnancy info site and that will give you a good idea of what to and not to eat.

Just make sure you cook your eggs properly...

See: www.Babycenter.Com

".Raw and soft boiled eggs can sometimes carry germs such as salmonella or toxoplasma gondii. Salmonella is a type of bacteria that can cause food poisoning, and in very rare cases can be fatal (elderly people are most likely to die from eating contaminated eggs, according to the centers for disease control and prevention). Contracting salmonella during pregnancy rarely harms the baby directly, but the high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration that accompany a bad case of food poisoning could cause preterm labor or miscarriage. Toxoplasma gondii is a parasite that can cause an infection called toxoplasmosis. If a pregnant woman contracts toxoplasmosis for the first time during pregnancy, it can cause birth defects in her child."
