ive thought for over 18months or so that
my foreskin wasnt what it should be [so to
speak] but in that time ive had 2
relationships and im now 17 and its never
been an issue. there was times when i felt
embarrassed infront of those 2 partners,
but i just thought "im different and so be
it, doesnt do me any harm and they dont
mind in the slightest. we can still do
what a bloke with a normal foreskin can
do"
about a year ago i thought id read up on
the internet [later going onto wikipedia]
and read about phimosis and while reading
through i came to the conclusion i was
suffering from "relative phimosis".
i have no problem pulling back my foreskin
when flacid, i have no problems during sex
or masturbation or urinating.
i am able to comfortable pull my foreskin
back to about halfway down the head of my
penis, and recently ive noticed during
masterbation that its coming further back,
another couple of centimetres or so and
its all the way over.
i dont want to go down the surgical route
and i dont fancy going to my doctor [not
because im embarrassed, probably just
cause im lazy lol]
if anyone has any advice [along with what
asian_trail gave at the top of the page]
about how i can get my foreskin the other
halfway down my penis head would be good.

Hey, just found this board and it's been a
great source of comfort so far. I'm 18,
and I've had a phimosis as long as I've
known. I first found out about it when I
was about 15, I went to a urologist for a
different problem and he diagnosed me
there and then, said I had to have a
circumcision. After reading up, I came
across various websites that recommended
stretching, but didn't bother trying much
as I wasn't sexually active and it posed
no problems when masturbating/urinating.
The problem is, I have a very tight
phimosis, I can only just see the glands
when retracting. Is this too tight to
allow stretching ? Is circumcision the
only option ?
Moreover, when trying the stretching
techniques, it's hard for me to insert a
finger into the opening as it is only
small and awkward. Any tips?
Any help would be great
Thanks

Hmm... Good advise and I will ask my dear
to give that a try.
I have had 4 relationships before and
never thought that such a condition
exists. My current boyfriend is 20yrs old
and he never knew he had anything wrong
with his penis. The first time I saw it I
was taken aback and started to wonder
whether it was normal, as I knew what a
normal penis looked like.
So I started researching about it and
found out that he had Phimosis. I told him
about it and he agreed to see a GP, but I
told him that circumcision should be the
last resort. When he visited the GP, the
doctor didn't even examine him or look at
it, and immediately said he had to do
circumcision, just after hearing about it
from my dear.
Is that the only thing most doctors know?
I think you did a great job posting this
to help others like yourself. Thumbs up for you.
Will update on my honey's condition later.
Ciaoz.

De-sensitizing gel...no! Posted: 06-02-08 14:57pm
Hi there,
I found this forum a month or so ago and
it was truly a god send.
I am 28 and have phimosis. I have been
stretching for a few weeks and am having
moderate success as I can now easily
retract whilst in normal state however I
became frustrated with trying to do the
same whilst erect as I did not seem to be
making much progress . To try and speed
things up I tried some de-sensitizing gel
(Big mistake). The whole point is that you
pull the foreskin until TIGHT, not
painful. With the pain removed I was able
to pull the foreskin back further and was
momentarily ecstatic as I managed to get
it almost to the head of my penis but
quickly felt a small rip as I did so. I
now have a small cut on the tip of my
foreskin and have a stinging sensation
during urination...Its certainly enough to
dispell any doubts about the lunacy of
divine creation!
In short I would not recommend any kind of
cream and as per the original post just
keep stretching and have patients.
Best Regards,
Ron

Stretching Technique Posted: 06-08-08 12:48pm
Hi folks,
I have what I think can be best described
as mild Phimosis. Actually it used to be a
pin hole before but by gradual stretching
(longitudinal), I was able to retract my
foreskin behind my glans when I am
flaccid. I can retract the foreskin when I
am semi-erect but the gets stuck behind
the glans and there is certainly some
discomfort. Although I can pull it back up
again with some force to avoid
Para-phimosis, I don't think this is how
it is supposed to work.
Anyway, I am trying stretching technique
#2 now i.e. lateral stretching. I am able
to insert two fore fingers easily into my
opening and stretch it until there was
some pain. I held it there for around min
and a half where the pain become quite
unbearable. I noticed after this, the
tight ring had become kind of sore. I
guess this is not normal and I might have
over done this. Did anybody experience
this while stretching? I am going to let
it heal for a couple of days before trying
but I am afraid I don't know how to draw
the line i.e. how much should I stretch.
All the literature says stretch it until
you experience discomfort but not pain.
Please suggest.
Thanks in advance

that was a very interesting story. i had a
very similar experience. i grew up around
all my friends (older or younger). we
would go swimming naked at the lake so we
knew what each other penis look like.mine
was different for as long as i can
remember what penis is. i am 21 now but
when i was 8 we didn't had access to
computer like we do to day. so for some
reason i got jealous of the other guys.
also they were teasing me. so every time i
went to bath i thought to myself this is
not the way my penis should look. so i
start trying to pull it back it really
pained. but it did not burst swell or
bleed. therefore, every time i look at my
penis i start stretching and stretching
until eventually it slid back. i could
have only keep the foreskin back for 5 sec
at first because the pain got more
intense. however, i kept the gland expose
more and more every time i had the chance.
I'm now 21 my disorder is cured but
because my penis got bigger the foreskin
got a little tighter i could ignore it but
sometimes it can make me lose focus
during intercourse. anyway i think i got
some more stretching to do but its all
good. it can be cured in a week if you put
in the work and time.

Hello there. I have phimosis, and before I
found this forum, I read the wikipedia and
found out I have phimosis. I already tried
stretching abit before reading this forum,
and I was able to "roll" my foreskin down
past the my unerected penis corona. Now I
read stretching without steroid cream
might cause the skin to become tighter. Is
steroid cream really needed?
