My Dads Bp Improved From 173/100 to 145/82 In 3 Weeks Posted: 02-16-07 17:58pm
I don't remember the name of the product
he started taking, but its some type of
natural berry supplement that was
recommended to him by some people who had
been taking it to improve high blood
pressure as well as many other health
issues. My dad was going to go to surgery
for a knee injury and was told that he
needed to have his bp come down prior to
the operation, or there could be
complications.
So. . . He started asking around.
Anyway. . . I wanted to let all of you
know that are in need of help lowering
your bp that this stuff seems to really
work well after only 2 weeks of daily
improvement. I will find out more in a
day or two when I talk to him again but
just thought I would pass along my phone #
to those wanting more info as I stumbled
across this site and I may not return for
a while. My name is joshua beck 28 year
old
real estate pro from seattle area and my
father is in his 60's. I am posting this
because good health is a necessity and I
am a strong believer in natural healing
when it’s possible. I can be reached at
425 736 9083 or you can call my office
line at 877 468 5674. Wishing all of you
the best of luck.

Hi Josh,
Could you share with us what is the name
of this " natural berry supplement "?
I'm in my 30s, no family history, normal
stressful city-dwellers' lifestyle( plenty
of @rse to please, and countless more to
antangonize me), not much exercise. My
life is totally shattered when I learned
that I have HBP many months ago. I'm
suffering from depression, I live with
fear that I might die anytime.
I've thrown away my salt bottle, been
watching carefully to minimise my Sodium
and Fats intake, my daily diet include
celery and bananas , been desperately
searching any herbs, alternative meds or
exercise to bring my BP down.
I just have a small wish : To live longer
so as to spend more time with my love
ones.

Hi there JustHuman,
You sound just like me a few years ago
when I found out I had high bp. I was
always fit and healthy and this really put
me in a spin. It got so bad I started
having chest pains at night, etc. It might
have just been my fear.
Anyway, I think the berry the gentleman is
talking about is hawthorne. A lot of
people have had good results using
hawthorne. It's pretty safe if you don't
overdo it and it can't hurt to try it.
But I have a word of caution regarding all
herbal and supplement remedies. I tried
them all with no luck. It seems like they
always work for some people but not for
others. A few people start raving about
something and then everyone rushes in to
try it and most are disappointed. Still,
can't hurt to try as long as it's safe
(though most are way overpriced!).
What worked for me is slow breathing with
music. I use something called the
Breatheasy method that uses real music and
guided breathing. This is something that
works consistently for just about anyone
who tries it properly and it's totally
safe and even enjoyable. And it's got a
lot of clinical support too. 15 minutes a
day is all it takes.
