According to the medications that your
doctor prescribed to you (a
muscle-relaxant and painkiller) s/he
probably assumed that you are experiencing
some kind of muscle pain.
Scoliosis is a spinal disorder that can
manifest with muscle pain that originates
from the vertebral muscles. Muscle pain
during scoliosis is due to the muscle
spasms that are result of the disturbed
mechanical balance of the spine. The
muscle pain, however, originates from the
back not from the front of the. That’s
why it doesn't seem likely that scoliosis
is the reason for your pain.
If the given medicines don’t help, you
can consult your primary health provider
again and request further diagnostics.
