Is It Bad to Eat Fast Food Posted: 02-17-07 15:46pm
I am 8 weeks pregnant and feel like I have
way too many questions. But here goes I
try very hard to eat a balanced diet. I
am on prenatal vitamins as well..But I
cant help but want french fries and pizza
and burgers. I try really hard to not
buy into these cravings but I went to
wendys and mcdonalds this week...Is this
bad?

I don't really believe that you would have
cravings on early on into your pregnancy.
I have been told that they start near the
end of your 2nd and into your third
trimesters.
But on the other hand. If you want to
eat fast food....Eat it! I would.
Eating fast food will not harm your baby.
You can eat it just keep it in
moderation. That is the key.

I crazed onion rings before I found out at
5 weeks and pizza throughout my
pregnancy.
I ate fast food when I craved it.
