Question About Testing/ Hospital Posted: 02-17-07 16:05pm
I was in the hospital last saturday the
10th for kidney stones and they tested me
for pregnancy and it came up as negative
but I only ovulated about the 3-6th of
febuary. Should I trust there test? I
think it was to early. They gave me a ct
scan because they got the negative result.
My worry is I might be preggo and they
gave me a x-ray thing and they where so
concerned and tripple checked if I was
pregnant before they did it. I am finding
right now that I am having to pee a lot.
I have been pregnant before so I know that
is one of my first signs. Now if my boobs
hurt in a day or 2 I know I am definatly
preggo. Hmm I am confused and need your
advice. Should I turst their test so soon
after ovulating?

Hi! Their test may not have been correct,
however, I asked my doctor about very very
early exposure to X-Rays and he said that
when you are that early in pregancy that
it wouldn't hurt the fetus, sooo even if
you are pregnant, the chances that the
x-ray was harmful are very very small!!!
Rest assure and good luck with getting
that bfp!!!!
