You must have a full bladder during an ultrasound?? Does anyone know the answer?

I heard it helps with like the ultrasound waves. If you don't have a full bladder supposively it makes it harder to see the baby. No clue...Just what I heard.

Sara was right, it helps to have a full belly to support the sound waves. I hope that this helps. I mean some doctors may say that it is not necessary but then again you have ot think that now a days technology is so advanced that they do almost everything differently.. Not everyone has the same technology, which is why some docs say yes and some say no. Hope this helps

Ur bladder is in front of ur uterus and if ur bladder is full it acts as a window into ur uterus clearer veiw of baby
