Can I do anything about a blemish that's under my skin and is hard and swollen and painful?

Try a warm compress on and off for 30 mins this over time should bring it to a head....other than that just sit and wait. Trying to squeeze it and poke at it when it is that far under the skin just pushes the pus under the skin around and can make it alot worse.
