36wk Appointment!

hey guys! i'm home from my doctor's
appointment!
she measured me, listened to his
heartbeat, & felt his head. he's
definitely head down & engaged!
woohoo!
i had my group b strep test done. i
thought it was going to be super
uncomfortable, but it wasn't at all.
while she was down there, i asked her if
she'd check my cervix, & she did...
&....
i'm *not* dilated, but i *am* effaced!
she didn't say what percent..
but things are definitely in motion!
woohoo!
i start going every week now!
exciting! it's almost time!
my 2nd & final babyshower was
yesterday!
it was a whole lot of fun. i'll post
pictures later.
right now .i'm going with .chris & my
friend .sara
to get some yummy coffee (decaf for me)
& lunch!

ah! congrats. i've read up on your past
posts. the pictures of how you've grown
are outrageous. you're a very beautiful
girl, too. and chris & you look
absolutely adorable together. gabe is
going to be a handsome little guy.

because I was a fingertip dialated.
I told my Dr. I had sex the night before
and he said..."well that'll do it! You
couldn't wait 2 weeks to have sex?"lol
Hell no I couldn't!!! hahahaha, I needed
it now!

labor and 3 days later here she was.

I was 1 cm dilated and almost 100% effaced
and had sex the night of the 6th and
within minutes of finishing my
contractions picked up from every 10
minutes to 3-5 minutes apart. It upped
the contractions but ended up being false
labor. I had a section that afternoon.

i have been trying to get some the past
few nights but nooooo! he's too afraid
that .i'll go into labor immediately.
sigh. that's not even why i want to have

Jesse was so afraid that he'd hurt the
baby. I had to force him to have sex with
me the last few weeks of my pregnancy.
lol
He didn't mind afterwards though.

wow time goes so fast! You were only 23
weeks when I had Brianne! Hope you're
holding your baby boy soon. It won't be
long now! He's gonna be here before you
know it then you'll be saying this exact
same thing to someone else when your son's
13 weeks old
