A close family member of mine had a
subarachnoid hemorrhage about a year ago.
Followed with a heart attack, and
multi-organ failure. She spent 7 weeks in
the ICU. Overall, she spent about nine
months in four different hospitals, mainly
doing physical & occupational therapy,
as well as speech therapy. She's back home
now, and doing great! She's able to safely
stay by herself. She's walking around
(with a rolling-walker), bathing by
herself, cooking on the stove and oven,
doing chores around the house. She's
almost back to her old self.
The doctors say that it's a miracle that
she's alive and doing so well. I was just
wondering if there are anymore people like
her out there. If so, I would be highly
interested in hearing your story. As well
as any tips you may have to help me out in
my daily routine...
