Premature Ejactulation(20 Years Old)- Need Help!
Posted: 02-19-07 15:16pm

This is all new to me. I have been sexually active for 4 years now. Im 20 years old and i have never had a problem with sex up until a few months ago. Probaley a couple months ago i took notice that I was having problems lasting long during sex. I could go as long as i wanted to before but now i cant. I broke up with my girlfirend who i was dating for a few years back and i have been stressed out because of school also. The only thing i can thinkk of is that i have done wrong is over masterbate from what i have researched. I here you can do excerises to reverse that. I stopped masterbating just for precautions. Only reason i was able to see this is because i have a new girlfriend and she came to vistit me and i didnt last long at all. any suggestion i would really appreciate it.
Thanks

Premature ejaculation is actually somewhat common in young men and is often due to stress and anxiety. Stress can lead to premature ejaculation, which can lead to more stress, which can lead to more premature ejaculation, so it can be a bit of a cycle.

You could check with your doctor to make sure there is nothing physical causing the problem. If he or she says that everything looks fine, you could try talking to a therapist.
