Pregnancy Answer A2389
If you are not experiencing vaginal bleeding it seems that your symptoms are not connected with the pregnancy but with your digestive tract. According to the symptoms (severe abdominal cramps and “on the toilet all day” (I'm assuming that you have diarrhea), you could be experiencing anintestinal infection. Supplementation of water and electrolytes and diet without fats and sugar are the most important things for treating intestinal infections. You may visit your primary health provider for a diagnosis and treatment options.
