i shrank a few years ago. my doctor was super concerned, because he though i could already be showing signs of osteoperosis or something like that. Shocked .but i haven't shrank since then. i never ever used to drink milk (.i'm lactose intolerant) or take calcium supplements.. but i do now, definitely. plus, my feet are completely flat- i have absolutely no arch, & my chiro said some of my tendon & cartiledge in my knees has probably worn down. sigh. i'm only 20, for heavens sake!

I was lactose intolerance until I was about 10 and i'm completely flat footed. I don't know many people that are flat footed. Nice to know you're a flatty too. lol
I wonder if lactose intolerance = flat feet?

I didn't eat veggies every day but I did eat a lot of fruits. It's important to eat 6 small meals while pregnant not 3 big meals to stabilize your blood sugar. I went to the dr. once b/c my baby stopped moving. I panicked and they hooked me up to the monitor and she was fine. The thing was I started working and I barely had to time to stop and eat (i'm a teacher) and my blood sugar was too low, which made her blood sugar low and she didn't have much energy.
I gained 59 lbs. during my pregnancy. My baby's 3 1/2 months old and I have 11 left. I never exercise and I'm too busy to snack. It comes off quick for most people.
59 was a lot. Next pregnancy will be different. I pigged out a lot.

I'm 5'6.5" or 5'7", I'm not really sure. I'm also lactose intolerant. I take .Viactiv (sp?) calcuim chews and .Flinstone vitamins daily, since I also am the pickiest eater .I've ever met. I don't eat red meat or poultry. I love fish though.
I also have gastroesophageal reflux disorder (.g.e.r.d) which means, even with medication, .i cannot eat citrus fruits or tomatos or anything else with a high acid content.
I don't eat fast food. If any of you ladies feel like you're eating fast food too frequently, watch .Morgan .Spurlock's ".Supersize .Me". You'll change your mind fast. I know .I did. We watched it in health class on a .Friday, and .I was supposed to go to .Wendy's after school before the football game, but .I was so disgusted that .I got a bagel at a bagel place instead.
I'd post my "inedible" list (stuff .I just will not eat under any circumstances), but then the post'd take up a page.

im a picky eater also, always have been, i hate all vedgibles pretty much other then cooked broccoli, and non cooked mushrooms, carrots and cucumber. lol i never really had fruit in the house other then red seedless grapes. we never go food shopping that often, and when i was first preggers i lived with my dad he never got foods i liked, he never got snacking foods often (trust me get alot of healthy snacking foods you'll need it) and yeah, it sucks beig a picky eater its so hard to eat things i dont like because i feel like vomiting when i do...

If you love your baby thou you will make yourself swallow things you dont like for the sake of your babys health, i know i did. I ate so many things i hated and felt like puking but i made myself swallow it. and if i can im sure you can...

you might not gain a hell lot of weight from being preggo, when i got weighed at the docs for the first time when i was preggers i was 87lbs, im now 90lbs which isnt a big jump... but i've also been eatting a hell of alot better. As for my pre preggy clothes, they all fit, and my hips did expand abit making my jeans fit abit more snug then they did but that made me happy. im still a size 0!!!!!

wowsers!!...you must be tiny... how tall are you?

I gained about 10 lbs in the last 2 months or soo......I am now 125lbs..but I still fit into a size 3-5...so its not bad. one pair of my pants is getting snug and theyare a size 4, but I think it is just the cut.

im 5'2
