Teenager Journal: Colonix And Toxionout
Posted: 02-20-07 19:17pm

I typed this and then something happened and I lost my post. Round two!

There's nothing better than someone making a forum journal about their colon. But that's what I'm here to do. If you wish to read another colon cleansing adventure, check out http://www.experimentmonk ey.com/category/colon-cleansing/page/8/

I am "Miss C" I'm 17 and live in the midwest. I've had atroucious eating habits my whole life. My weight as been from anywhere between 185 to 240 in the past three years. The program of C&T (colonix and toxinout) is not recommended for children under the age of 18. However I am 6'0, stopped growing four years ago and believe that one year will not make a big difference for me. I realize other people who have had great results have had decades longer than I to build up crap (litterally), but I say: why wait? Why not give myself a clean slate now in my teenage years - when these things start to build up?

It's Fat Tuesday today, and my "lent" of sorts (it actually came on fat tuesday out of the blue, I hadn't been expecting it for a few more days. Hoorah Doctor Natura. This is fate!) to change my entire way of life while I'm young. I've been off on the wrong foot. I feel horrible, I've been suffering from depression for years and overall I feel tired and unfocused all the time. I've been interested in natural medicine and cures for years. It's time for me to not only talk the talk but walk the walk!

I'm interested to see the effects on this product of someone my age. Whether I'll even see any significant build up at 17... and how this will work given I'm at school eight hours a day five days a week... and also working a job until 11 three nights a week.

Time to find out! Wish me luck, please read, I'll be journalling by hand and transcribing onto the forum as I go. I'll be on Colonix and Toxionout for the next thirty days with an organic diet and exercise. It is recommended for ninety, but I am going to see how things go with only thirty for now.

Now to monitor any visual results... here is the before. Forgive me for the blinding white stomach and blurry webcam.

Height: 6'0, Weight: 244. BMI: 33

See you tomorrow.

Three Days!
Posted: 02-24-07 11:08am

I am three days into the program. Here is a snapshot of what has been going on. Sorry it's been a little late, I've been a busy c Sad

Wed, Feb 21. "Day 1"

I woke up late, took 2 Paranil and a half scoop of the colonix fiber. At first it smelled "good" (in comparrison) - especially if you are used to take other nasty protein or fiber shakes. I got it down no prob. I also drank 16 oz of green tea.

I took the 2 Toxinout in my class right before lunch, and then the detoxigreen during lunch. Later that evening I took the two Floraprotect at around 9 and tried the tea. The tea is good - especially if you're a green tea drinker like I am and used to drinking tea. It's kind of got a more dominant peppermint taste. It REALLY put me out.

My diet consisted of apples, a sandwhich, banana, more apples, basically healthy organic Smile

BM's. I had one in the evening .... really hard to get out, pebbel like. Nothing impressive.

DRINK WATER.

Thurs, Feb 22. "Day 2"

Took the 1/2 scoop fiber and Paranil in the morning as usual.

Toxionout before lunch and detoxigreen a little after (I forgot during lunch Razz)

Drank lots of water. Some green tea Smile Had a good diet. Sandwhich, apples, bananas... nothing too creative.

I worked until 11, so I had the tea when I got home and then the paranil. My boyfriend got a nice Black and Decker coffee maker on sale for $5 at Wal Mart and gave it to me to made hot water for my tea Smile It's convienent because then I'm not tempted to use a microwave and it's faster than trying to heat a stove.

I had no BMs today. I think I need to up the water intake, fiber is making me constipated without enough water?

Friday Feb 23 "Day 3"

2Paranil and 1/2 scoop Colonix Fiber. The Fiber made me gag today, major gag reflex. I now have to take it with my nose plugged throughout the entire thing without becoming extremely naucious.

I have a confession. I was on the road to a city about three hours away with my boyfriend and his family. We had fast food. Culvers! I'm bad! And he bought me a chocolate bunny (1 pounder) and I ate the ears. Not a good day for eating. In my defense it was a day off from school. >.> To boot, I forgot to take Toxinout and Detoxigreen. Didn't drink NEAR enough water. I'll learn.

Actually I will. I haven't been paying attention to how long I've been seeping the tea. Must have done it too long last night because I had the most explosive case of (in lamen's term "the shits") the entire car ride, the Kum and Go's restroom my only temporary relief. It was pure agony. So here I am constipated two days in a row and then I'm like HOLY caca. Litterally.

<HAHAHA. It replaces the curse word for "poo" with "health questions". That is hysterical Smile>

the tea made me feel a little sick... I almost couldn't drink it. I think my body is telling me "no" but maybe it's just going to take awhile for it to get used to it. It was the same way when I started eating sushi.

Drink lots of water on this program. Go to your supermarket, buy like 16 gallons of the spring water in a gallon. Then fill up some water bottles at home and take them with you. Dont waste your money on $1.25 for a bottle of Aquafina unless its an emergency. A gallon of water is like $0.65 cents. Don't drink tap water during this, and dont' microwave your water. Get your boyfriend to buy you a discounted coffee maker to heat the water in. That's just what it says, so I did some research on microwaves. I may never use a microwave again.

I wonder if there's any dangers in using toasters. But I WILL use a toaster again.

How are you doing on your cleansing program? I had great results with "colonix" when I started it 8 years ago. I use it at least once a year and sometimes twice. The first time I started the cleanse I lost 10 lbs of built up waste. I love this program. Would love to hear all about your progress. Keep at it. Smile
