Could It Be Wrong!?

Okay.. I caved and took a test! (well
actually 2) what? They both came out
negative!
Does the brand of the test matter? Cause I
just picked these up at the dollar store.
I am late! 3 days to be exact.
I thought I had it all figured out... =[.
My last period was Jan. 18.
I googled the info (if I am pregs) when I
conceived, how many weeks I am, and the
due-ish date. And I thought it made
perfect sense considering the fact that my
"conception" date was my bfs birthday!!
I'm crushed!!
So, what do I do now?

if you really think they were wrong buy a
better test.it could possile be too early
to tell,there might not be enough hcg(?)

Hey.. dont get me wrong.. trying is fun..
I bet we all can agree, but seriously..Why
is it taking so long!? And then I get my
hopes up, and it all comes flying down.
Errrr..
I guess a better test is a possibility!
But I think I'm gonna wait until my
"period" comes if I'm not pregnant! =[.

i'm sorry  but it isn't a
definate no yet! i like ept tests the
best. do you know for sure which day you
ovulated on? maybe you ovulated late and
your hcg isn't high enough yet? mine
wasn't + until 16dpo!

it could be wrong, or it could be right,
but lets just hope its wrong, like tulu
said your hcg mightnot be high enough yet,
i wouldnt nessesarly blame it on the test
though, i used a dollor store test and it
came up postive when i was 7 days late
test again in a week or 2 if you dont get
your period...good luck

Good point! I actually don't know a thing
about my ovulation. I know that my last
period was on the 18th and then my
previous periods were on the 18th- all the
way back up since last september..and
around that time within a day, for years.
I am very sexually active , so
sperm coulda been present. but when would
I have been ovulating..?

I tested when I was a couple days late...
and it was a negative... and then I waited
til I was a week late and it was a
positive right away!
I tested with no name brand

I tested 4 days after my period was due
and got a very, very faint line. So, it's
possible that you are just testing to
early. I would wait a few more days and
test again. If all else fails, go to the
doctor and have a blood test. Good luck

all tests work the same way cheap or not
....repeat neagtives usually are accurate
the only thing i can see is tht you tested
too early or you might be one of those
women whom only get a positive later (not
common)..wait a few days test again !
