So I was getting my birth control pill out
of the bubble pack today and when I took
it out a small, very small part of it was
smooshed off. I would say maybe a little
less than a 4th of the pill was missing.
I went ahead and took the pill thinking it
can't make that big of difference but the
last thing I want at the moment is to get
pregnant. So, am I ok considering I still
took it and it was only a very small
portion missing or should I wait another 7
days.....

Take your pills as normally prescribed but
don't have sex, that way there is no
chance you can get pregnant. Surely
common sense would have told you that.
You should be able to abstain for a few
days. Is it worth risking a pregnancy to
have sex? It is not compulsory. Wait
until after your next period and continue
with the pills properly. If the rest of
the pills appear to be damaged, take them
back to the pharmacy and ask for them to
be changed.
