As far as ejaculation, if you have strictures over the ejaculatory ducts (that are located just below the bladder by the prostate) this will cause you to be unable to ejaculate. One part of my problem is that I feel the need to go to urinate more often but not always with a very significant volume. Another is that if I hold it, there might be some small amount of leakage on my underwear. The last is that overnight, I may urinate while sleeping - sometimes I wake up in time, sometimes I wake up during and sometimes I only discover the urine later.

I'm not sure if I have any problem related to ejaculation but I will mention the possibility to him before the procedure.

Sounds like a swollen prostate to me. Have they checked you for this? If they haven't and do, I recommend first trying an herb called saw palmetto.
