Cocaine Questions
Posted: 02-22-07 22:39pm
Some questions for people who've been
there, your responses greatly
appreciated:
While avoiding triggers, i.e staying at
home, how do I relax, keep myself
occupied?
How long, if ever, will it be before I am
able to socialise again without the little
white crutch?
Will I ever be able to drink safely again,
without risking the craving, and picking
uo the phone?
Will I ever enjoy anything again without
thinking 'this would be better with a
line'?
Can I do this without professional help?

Hello Jerda,
Have you heard of Narcotics Anonymous?
If you are serious about stop using drugs
or need some additional information on
drug addiction, I would suggest that you
give them a phone call.
Here is the link to the NA UK website

Good luck

Thankyou, NA is something I've thought
about, but I'm cynical about the reliance
on 'God' and the 12 steps, but I don't
think I have time for cynicism now....
Thanks again.
