Premature ejaculation can have physical
causes or mental causes. If you want to
rule out the physical without getting the
parents involved, you can check if there
are clinics near you that will take a look
at you without involving them. However,
since you have no problem when you
masturbate, it sounds like it could be
something psychological.
Sometimes the issue improves on its own,
sometimes drugs are used, and other times
counseling works.
This site has some pretty good information
on the subject:
"Behavioral therapy is one possible
approach for treating premature
ejaculation. Most commonly, the "squeeze
technique" is used....
Another possible treatment is prescription
medication that helps to delay
ejaculation....
Some men with premature ejaculation also
benefit from reducing the stimulation they
experience during sex. A number of creams
are available that can partially
anesthetize (numb) the penis and reduce
the stimulation that leads to orgasm.
Another option is to use one or more
condoms*...."

*If you use condoms as your main form of
birth control or for STD prevention, then
never use more than one at a time. Using
more than one at a time can create
friction (latex rubbing on latex) that
makes both condoms more likely to break.
