its not about what you put on your face,
its about what you eat and your body type.
Buying a book won't give you all the
answers, only by eating right and going
through detox programs quarterly will keep
your body clean

yup, a combination of outer cleansing
helps too! try aloe gel, that stuff works
really well with acne.

There's a product in Canada called
SpectroJel, and it works like magic.
It's best for acne prone skin though.

Hello there.
This is exactly what I did. Eat more fresh
vegetables and fruits. No dairy products
and limit red meat. Cut junk food and
rarely eat fast food. Cooked meal is also
mostly steamed or boiled instead of frying
or BBQ/grill. I also drink more water and
drink Green Tea/White Tea 5-6 cups a day.
My acne has improved A LOT and skin
complexion also much improved.
I wash face twice a day (morning and
before bed) no medicated soap just water
from shower or sometimes netrogena (sp?)
bar. I also exercise at least 1 hour per
day rotating between weights and cardio. I
know this is a myth but I also masturbate
less and when I do limit to only once a
day. One time I went 4 days without
masturbation and result is one week with
no new acne. Myth or not it seems for me
at least masturbation might be a trigger.
Anyways, I don't think eating right,
exercise, less masturbation is a CURE to
acne because I can still get 1 or 2 here
and there even when doing all this but I
think by doing these things you can lessen
the chance to AGGRAVATE one's acne by
removing certain triggers.
