one might need to recover after the lower

depends on the type of low back surgery.
Can be up to a year for spinal fusion but
in my opinion thats the best way to go.
Microdiscectomys and endoscopic
microdiscectomys are not as successful as
reported. I know because the success
percentage rate is based on a survey and
basically if you arent paralyzed you are a
"success". I had the endoscopic
microdiscectomy and now am way worse. Its
something to pay $20,000 dollars for
surgery and turn out worse off. I payed
cash by the way!!!

Try to stay
positive. I am almost at the 2 year mark.
Last Nov I got a nerve block using a
fluoroscope. It helped out alot. I
thought I was never going to get better.
I haven't made a full recovery because I
am having problems with my L4 L5 disc,
which is just above my surgery, but my
orginal pain is gone.
