Hi Amanda. Congrats on your pregnancy!! Hope all goes well for you and the morning sickness gets better. My name is Tiesha and I am 14.5 pregnant with my first child. I had severe morning sickness from week 6 through week 13, and had to put on some medicine for it. There are still times I am a little nauseous, but nothing like it was before. Keep up with the ginger ale...chewing gum helped me a lot too.

hey .amanda! welcome to the forum! how old are you? are you hoping for a boy or a girl?

my name's .kristina & .i'm 20 years old.. i'm almost 37wks preggo with my first. it's a boy & we're naming him .gabriel (.gabe) .michael! i never threw up with my "morning" sickness... but i was *constantly* nauseous for about a month straight. it was awful! i always found myself wishing .i'd just puke & get it over with... but i never did, lol. now i am absolutely huge & so uncomfortable & ready to get him out!

welcome and congrats!

i'm bridget and i have a 3 1/2 month old baby boy named finn.

i had pretty bad morning sickness and in the beginning i wouldn't throw up but after a while i could kind of force it up and i felt *so* much better afterwards. then it got to the point where i was throwing up every evening when i walked in the door after work, and it was horrible. luckily, for most people it goes away by end of the first trimester so hang in there! try sucking on hard candy, that always made me feel better.

HI Amanda!
I'm Jaemi - I am 12 weeks pregnant and due early September! Welcome to the forum. I am "newer" here myself. I was over on the getting pregnant forum for quite some time, but everyone here seems very friendly and full of good advice!
Hope your morning sickness goes away. Mine eased up around the 10th week, but I still get it every once in a while - and I threw up quite often!!!! Embarassed
Keep us posted as to how you do!!!!

Hi .Amanda, my name is Cindy I'm just over 35 weeks along with a boy. Granny Smith or macintosh apples helped my nausea some. One day you'll notice that you don't feel sick anymore. Then there will be another issue to deal with.

Best of luck to you
